YogaGregory Donald Brinkley began his journey into psycho-spiritual yoga while on the little league field in Malibu California at the age of 10.
While at his position in left field he would stretch and contort his body to the direction of some irresistible inner force.
While this provided wonderful relief from muscular tightness and the tedium of left field, it also created such a psychological diversion to the opposing team as to push many games in favor of Greg's team! Imagine the distraction if Greg had been positioned at shortstop!
Since them Greg has studied Classical Yoga of the Sivananda, Yogananda, Iyengar, Sufi, Aerobic, and Pilates schools and has created a unique blend with a distinctly spiritual flavor.

Energization Yoga! It is a technique of body culture using breath and movement, much akin to the ancient physical culture of Chi Gong and Sufi Dancing. It couples dynamic breath with simple direct movements to create a heightened experience of vitality or "the pranas" in the body, and hence its control by the practitioners' own volition.

chair massageI have just finished a session of treatments at Whole Foods… session that I particularly enjoy!
Although I have been treating people at this location for over 11 years… I alway come away feeling a sense of accomplishment… a victory over the constant… Gravity! No matter who you are… gravity is going to have it’s effects… usually detrimental. But with a little Anti-Gravity measures… you can reverse the deleterious effects of gravity and actually hold your youth for a longer period of time. Chair Massage always shows me the way that people are being pulled into distorted shapes by gravity. The slumping of the shoulders, the dropping of the head, the hardening of the back.
If only more would take up the practice of a regular chair massage to reinvigorate the musculature and to spend time proactively affirming their health and well being… this supplemented with a daily regime of easy yoga, will turn the tables on gravity for most people to the degree of 10 years of aging.
