While at his position in left field he would stretch and contort his body to the direction of some irresistible inner force.

While this provided wonderful relief from muscular tightness and the tedium of left field, it also created such a psychological diversion to the opposing team as to push many games in favor of Greg's team! Imagine the distraction if Greg had been positioned at shortstop!

Since them Greg has studied Classical Yoga of the Sivananda, Yogananda, Iyengar, Sufi, Aerobic, and Pilates schools and has created a unique blend with a distinctly spiritual flavor.

A favorite of Gregory’s is Energization Yoga! It is a technique of body culture using breath and movement, much akin to the ancient physical culture of Chi Gong and Sufi Dancing. It couples dynamic breath with simple direct movements to create a heightened experience of vitality or "the pranas" in the body, and hence its control by the practitioners' own volition.
